1. Booking and Payment:
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Full payment is due 60 days prior to the tour departure date.
- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or online payment.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour departure date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days before the tour departure date will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Changes to Itinerary:
- Natwende Holidays reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
4. Travel Insurance:
- It is mandatory for all tour participants to have valid travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
5. Health and Safety:
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to travel on the tour. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to Natwende Holidays prior to the tour.
6. Liability:
- Natwende Holidays is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience sustained by tour participants during the tour.
7. Code of Conduct:
- Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow tour members, tour guides, and local communities.
8. Passport and Visa:
- It is the responsibility of the tour participants to ensure they have a valid passport and any required visas for the tour destination.
